FIND YOUNG LIFE NEAR ME
We have new protocols to ensure every student has the best week of their life.
Guests and staff will be screened as they enter camp and throughout their stay. They’ll wear masks when physical distancing isn’t possible, and we’re operating at reduced capacity to allow for more distancing.
We’re hosting meals and events outdoors when possible and placing handwashing stations throughout camp. Our teams will clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces multiple times a day.
Licensed medical staff are present at every camp week, and we’re partnering with local health offices. Should a guest display symptoms, we have isolation spaces and will inform parents/guardians of any camper in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person.
New measures include reduced camp capacities, health screenings and face covering requirements.
Yes, each of our guests will be screened before arrival at camp, and staff and volunteers will be screened regularly while camp is in session.
Parents/Guardians will be notified of any camper that has been in close contact with a positive COVID-19 case, and isolation spaces will be available for guests who become symptomatic while at camp.
Enhanced cleaning and sanitization will occur multiple times a day, while handwashing stations will be added throughout each camp, and scheduled handwashing times will occur before meals.
More meals, events and meetings will be hosted outdoors, and indoor gatherings will have increased ventilation and spacing.
In addition to partnering with local health officials to ensure safety at camp, licensed medical staff will be present at camp each week throughout the summer.
